Join Sarah from Wild Earth Yoga for a mindful meditation and yoga session amongst the flowers.
No experience necessary, suitable for beginners. Come along and spend some time in nature, relax and unwind whilst clearing your mind with a calming meditation session.
Please bring your own mat and dress appropriately.
If the weather is unfavorable, we will postpone or you are entitled to a refund if you wish.
Unfortunately, as we are outdoors we do not have any bathroom facilities. Please ensure you are comfortable with this before booking.

- 45 Minute Yoga, 15 Minute Meditation, 1 Hour Farm Tour/Pick your own session
- Choose 25 stems and create your own hand picked bouquet
